Charming 4BR Home with Private Rooftop Terrace in Sliema by 360 Estates

We booked an apartment in Sliema mainly for its location, but when we arrived there was no electricity at all. Instead of fixing it, the host told us to move to another flat in La Pieta, much further away and very inconvenient. This ruined our plans, as we lost time and had to spend money on taxis just to get to restaurants and attractions. The replacement apartment was also disappointing: the key was missing, the Wi-Fi stopped working after one day, the washing machine leaked water, and it was not properly cleaned. On top of that, rules and check-in details were sent in an outdated PDF via WhatsApp (not through Booking), which is very unprofessional. Communication was chaotic – always with different people who didn’t know what was happening. We were promised compensation, but after sending our details and receipts, the host stopped replying. We are still waiting for the compensation that was promised to us. One of the worst stays we have ever had. Totally disorganized, misleading, and frustrating.

The location was great. Short walk to everything and everywhere. It had great air conditioning The amount of rooms and beds was perfect for our group.

The pillows are terrible. Too big my neck was on a 35 degree angle causing a sore neck. The kitchen was poorly equipped for 6 people only two coffee cups provided and no ice trays in the freezer, no tea or coffee or other condiments, no paper towel. Only one towel per person for 4 days is not enough especially in summer. The outdoor furnished on the roof top is old and almost dangerous. They just need to put a little thought and money into making this an excellent place to stay

The property was well situated, had lots to do around it and the property itself was very clean and comfortable

A lot of stairs so if you are older it may not be suited for you however for us this was not an issue.
