The location was practical, easy way to the city centre by bus, the owner was quickly responsive and answered our questions. The apartment is cozy.

It cleanliness wasn't up to our standards, debris and dust on the floor, dirty dishes etc. The shower temperature setting doesn't work well, it needs fixing (the water was boiling hot, we couldn't set it on colder the first night we were there).

Really nice house, perfect for a weekend away in Belfast. Was kept very clean. Good communication with the host and the house was more than enough space for 4 of us - very happy with our stay!

"Nice house is a cool part of the city but heating needs looking at"

Lovely location in a great part of the city, clean and comfortable. Lots of bars, restaurants and shops around and a short bus ride or taxi from the city centre. Had some issues with the heating and the TV but the host was quick to respond and sent a handyman round to look at the TV.

Had some issues with the heating so the house was freezing on the first night which wasn’t good for December. Managed to make it slightly warmer for the second night but still very cold. Conversely the hot water from the shower was almost scalding and couldn’t be used for long! Definitely needs looking at. Some basic amenities like tea/coffee would have been nice to make a hot drink, especially considering the heating. Also things like a corkscrew or bottle opener would have been nice.
