Great big rooms to spread out and enjoy

The space, the comfort of the lounge and the bedrooms. Everything was good quality. lthough the kitchen was quite small and galley shaped, it had everything we needed. All the equipment worked well. It had a very homely atmosphere and there were various well packed shelves of books on a variety of subjects. Also there were hundreds of CO'S enough to provide much leisure material.

The location was in an area that had seen better days and first impressions were disappointing BUT once inside it was a complete contrast. Although parking was on the steeet we always found a space close to the property

Lovely property! Perfect for our stay, 2 minute walk to the sea front. Local shops less then 5 min walk away. Could walk in to town easily in around 10-15 minutes. The property itself is spacious, with all the home comforts. Loved the decor. Having two en-suites was really handy during our stay. The property is all on one floor (ground floor) which is helpful for those with mobility issues, just 2-3 steps down from street level to the front door. We didn't have any problems with parking, managed to park right outside the door. The street outside and neighbouring ones have no restrictions which is great given proximity to the sea front. Would definitely stay again and will be recommending!

The location was excellent, the apartment was stylish, well equipped and there was plenty of room. The host friendly and helpful.

Very spacious accommodation in a beautiful building. Both bedrooms being en suite is great. Everything we needed for a couple of days get together with friends. A short walk from St Leonards Warrior Square Station and moments from the sea front. We were comfortable and had a lovely stay.

The light fitting above the bed in the front bedroom was extremely dusty; the velvet part needs a good vacuum. The blinds were very stiff to open and close; the strings were so hard to pull we were worried we were going to pull them off the wall. I personally would like curtains in the front bedroom because there is a lot of light pollution from the street lamp outside the window. Not everything in the kitchen, cutlery and pans etc, was as clean as it might be.
