Princes Villa - large fully Self Contained Flat, 5 minutes from the sea

A lovely flat on the ground floor. Very well equipped, very spacious and really nicely furnished. Parking in the neighborhood was easy and we were a five minute walk to the seafront.

The property is really well kept, with large rooms and necessary facilities for self-catering (including a small bottle of milk and bottled water left in the fridge). Each room has an ensuite (with shower gel, shampoo & conditioner provided), which is perfect when travelling with teens. It's in a fantastic location with great restaurants nearby and a very pleasant 25-minute walk into Hastings along the seafront. A good bus service is also available if you don't fancy the walk. The host was quick to reply to messages via Booking.com and was flexible with check-in and check-out times. It's a bonus that parking is free. The host also provided lots of really helpful recommendations for eating out :)

The only thing I would request is larger bath towels as although we each had a large towel (plus a hand towel), for ladies, the towel comes up quite small. On a positive note, I would say this definitely saved us from packing them ourselves.

Location superb for St Leonard's seafront. Spacious high ceilinged self-contained apartment with interesting wall art, good wifi, comfy sitting room. Each bedroom has a very well-appointed en suite. Heating controls very responsive and easy to use.

The front bedroom would benefit from a king size bed and a less bouncy mattress. The rear bedroom would benefit from some hanging space.

The flat is very well appointed and huge! It had all the amenities we could ask for and the owners were very helpful in providing local guidance and information. It's a short walk from the sea and we didn't have any problem parking.
