The apartment was situated within a family home and communal pool. The family were amazing from start to finish and very welcoming. Giancarlo goes above and beyond to ensure you have everything you need for a comfortable stay. We booked this property at the end of our trip to Rome for the convenience of how close it was to the airport and an early morning flight. Fiumcino town centre was a short drive and had plenty of restaurants and places to eat and drink. The pool was a bonus for us as the weather was so hot and children thoroughly enjoyed playing with the families young boys. 5 stars - highly recommend.

Exceptionally clean. Lots of breakfast goods and a nice bottle of prosecco. Water on tap. Owner helped us to rent bikes, solved some issues we had with them, and gave restaurant suggestions. Close to airport by taxi. .

It is advertised as 2-bedroomed, but one bed is in the living space/studio with no possibility to close it off, and the other is in a balcony space that has had windows added. The 'balcony' room isn't lockable as the windows don't lock, and the door is an outside door with shutters, so it's only lockable from the studio side. Additionally, you need to pass directly next to the bed in the studio to get to the bathroom. The pool and pool area is shared with the owner at the same time, giving little privacy for guests. One of the beds isn't a proper bed but a temporary, very hard, fold up bed. Far from amenities if you don't have transport.

It was very nice and tidy, the pool was great with good places to sit and hang out around it. Giancarlo was very friendly and extremely helpful in many ways! And so generous!! The location is a little off, but that made it calm and peaceful. And there were still restaurants nearby!

We didn’t realise or consider that just because it’s close to the airport it’s not necessarily easy to get there. Giancarlo helped us arrange transport in the morning after we experienced some time consuming adventures in getting to the property.

The host was very friendly and helpful, arranging travel to nearby points if interest and recommending some great places to visit.

It's a some distance away from the city and public transport isn't the best. However, if it's something rural, calm and pleasant you are looking fo. Then this is the perfect spot

Host very friendly and helpful, pool area is beautiful and kitchen very well equipped. We stayed here for a chill day as a rest after crazy rome. It's very close to marina and plenty of restaurants in walking distance . Apartment is open plan with lots of art on the walls. Very close to airport . We didn't have a dinner reservation and host organised us a table at short notice in nearby restaurant. Food was excellent. He also tasted some local wine with us and we had lovely chat about the artists in the family

It's a little tricky to get to by public transport, but it is possible , but Gianluca very helpful and sent us taxi number.

A beautiful large apartment with super friendly host just a couple of minutes from the Fiumicino airport. We had everything that we needed and much more! I would recommend this apartment for longer and shorter trips as well to ask

Was well presented apartment , stock with food and bottle of wine on arrival..friendly owner ..always willing to help and happy ps even when leaving gave us fridge magnet and offered food for our travels

Was in a quiet area ( could be a good thing) and 3 k from the city centre and was hard to access local bus service eg no timetable available ps needs a toaster in the kitchen
