Riverside Cockatoo's Cottage Charming 3 Bed Retreat for up to 10 Guests

The property was absolutely fantastic. It is spacious, clean, well facilitated and very comfortable. Our family were attending a wedding and because there’s so many of us, the size of the house was just perfect. My mother is disabled and terminally ill and everything she needed was on the ground floor. Everything was clean and well maintained. The hosts were tremendous. They kept in regular contact and made sure we got to the property safely. They replied to any queries with speedy responses. If you’re looking for something in the area, don’t hesitate to book. You will not be disappointed. This definitely is a hidden gem which I will most certainly use again when visiting the family. We can’t thank the hosts enough.

We didn’t find anything to dislike about the property. As it was fabulous. However, maybe some hand towels would be good and a later checkout time available. Even 11am. I know the property is fairly new and would not hold this against them as this is new to them. Hopefully this helps to continue with the excellent progress with the property.

Location is perfect, house was very clean.

Exceptionally well furnished 3 bedroom house. Situated close to the Tees Barrage alongside the River Tees. It was perfect for me to spend a working week away as my office is only 5 minutes walk away. The entire house was spotlessly clean with and excellent kitchen and sitting area. Two very nice bathrooms and two bedrooms. The garden was nice to sit outside as we did have some nice weather! The host was very responsive when I had a query during my stay. Looking forward to staying again.

Such an easy transaction and Hollie was on the end of the phone when we wanted to extend our stay - no issues and very smooth . Would definitely stay again.
