Maple House by ShortStays4U A beautiful 2Bedroom House with free parking in town centre!

Property was fantastic. Started great on arrival with the key code sent ahead of time, and easy to quickly get into the property and allocated parking space. Property was nicely sized, nicely decorated and very clean. All the facilities we needed were provided - towels, bedding, kitchen equipment and cutlery, and even a few nice surprises like provided tea/coffee and even a pint of milk, which we didn't expect at all, a very nice and appreciated touch! Internet was easy to connect to and very fast, shower was very nice and up to temperature. Beds very comfy and no noise at night. Hosts very friendly and sorted out anything if needed. Area is lovely - coming from someone who previously lived in King's Lynn, this is a very nice area to live in, the town centre is very local, parking is provided, and you're across the road from the park! No noise at all and has to be safe, you're next door to the police station!

These things aren't dealbreakers at all, just friendly suggestions, would not hold them against the property at all! Firstly it would be nice to have some salt and pepper, as it's not something you're likely to pack but would've been handy for a quick pop on some chips. The lighting for the kitchen could do with being brighter, it was a bit of a struggle at night. Lastly, TV is great but if we were staying for longer would be nice to have a Fire Stick or something to provide access to iPlayer etc.

Convenient to area. Heating was efficient. Bottle of milk helpful. Bed linen and towels helpful.

Too many reed diffusers affected my asthma.

Great location with easy walking distance to just about everything. Right next to the police station so super safe. Easy out front parking All you needed in the cupboards and even some welcoming fresh milk. Nothing seemed to much trouble to fix, or just information) if you needed to contact the owners (something that you don't find to often, in my experience)

A great location, very quiet, parking space provided. The house had everything we needed and the beds were very comfortable.

Quiet sounds,

The location; walking distance to the river, green spaces, the town centre, historic buildings, pubs and restaurants. The house was kitted out with everything you might need for a short visit. Plenty of bath towels rather than just one each. Having it's own parking space.

The one thing that let it down for us was a lack of more extensive cleaning. The door sill was filthy as were the window sills outside, giving a poor first impression. The previous occupants had left some dirty pots and pans in the cupboard. The rim of the sink unit where it meets the worktop has a rime of dirt. All the usual stuff was clean, the carpets, sanitary ware, bedding etc.
