'Aqua View' New Brighton Beach SELF CHECK IN - 1 bedroom with BALCONY & VIEW

The apartment felt cosy & homely. It was warm & comfortable with everything you needed. It was in a perfect location near all amenities, pet friendly. With TVs in both living room and bedroom and free WIFI. Thank you very much for a very enjoyable few days will definitely return 😊

Lily was very helpful in giving us the information needed to check in and out, which was very easy to do so without hassle. The whole flat was was clean, comfortable and very well decorated. We enjoyed the complimentary snacks and amenities provided, as well as the little notes written on the kitchen (they are very wholesome!). The location was superb as well with a supermarket, restaurants and the beach just minutes away, as well as transport links to Liverpool.

A tremendous, cosy apartment in beautiful New Brighton with everything you could possibly asked for, all sign-posted to make your stay as easy as possible. The hosts have clearly made comfort, cleanliness, and the needs of the guest as their priorities. Everything is explained and you can call if you need anything more. With sweets and the famous Martin Parr photography book on the coffee table in the living room, being the extra touches we loved. All the cafes, bars, restaurants, train station etc are all just a few minutes walk away. What more can you ask for!?

Fantastic flat near to all amenities. The thing we liked most was the little extras the host provided, like cereals, cake, jams, sauces, and a good choice of tea and coffee.

The bed was a little too soft for us.

Everything. 10/10 experience. The host(s) are absolutely lovely. 💯 recommendation. The property is near to the train station and local restaurants/supermarkets PLUS the BEACH. Absolutely one of the nicest AirBnB I’ve stayed in

The apartment was wonderful it was very comfy very well decorated with lots and lots of lovely touches and so many extras provided ..breakfast.. coffee..tea..bathroom / shower products etc.. umbrellas ..dvds..games..books ..cooking staples Too many things to list really !!

Nothing ..all was brilliant

Attention to every detail. Very thoughtful. Nice welcome, fresh milk in fridge, tea/coffee/condiments, pods for coffee maker, cereals, croissants waffles for breakfast..an unexpected lovely touch. Even a first aid box, picnic items etc.. Literally everything was thought about. Very clean, fresh towels, bathing items, loo roll.

We liked everything

We stayed 2 nights.  We were out visiting family during the day so only really used the apartment to sleep in, which was a shame because it was beautifully furnished and would have been lovely to spend more time in.  This has to have been the best provided for apartment I have stayed in.  It had first aid items, a basket of toiletries (shavers, toothbrushes etc) with a "did you forget anything" message on it, a selection of things for breakfast, plenty of capsules for the coffee machine, paper cups so you could take a coffee with you, bath robes, milk and sauces in the fridge, etc.  Lily was responsive to messages and provided all the information we needed.  Storm Amy came through the weekend we were there so Lily very kindly offered us a complimentary extra night as the weather was better on the Monday.  Highly recommend.

Absolutely fabulous Appartment, exceptionally clean! And the extra bits and bobs provided were outstanding! There is nothing more you could ask for from a rental property! I have stayed in many AirB&Bs over the years and this is by far the best, by miles!
