"Super generous touches and a warm and cosy home away from home"

Lily has quite literally thought of everything. Really lovely touches and care and attention eveywhere and an unexpected view of the lighthouse from bed :) Some great llittle venues nearby to enjoy breakfast by an open fire at The Mess in the old fort on the beach (although Lily provides everything you need for an ample breakfast), lunch at Bistro115 and live music at Tallulahs Emporium till the early hours. Some lovely shops too explore, Sup near the train station a must for gifts and just a 20 minute hop on a train into Liverpool city centre (running every 20 mins). Fully recommend Lily's lovely pad (did we mention its painted wonderful colours outside so you can't miss it :) for a wholesome yet fun seaside escape! Thank you for having us, we'll be back x

"breath of fresh air"

all the added extras..very accomadating host. very helpful. delightful property. very thoughtful touches to make your stay special. central location. very quiet considering it's so central.

nothing other than the mattress a little soft for my liking but not uncomfortable.

"Exceptional"

Lily was an amazing host -very friendly and down to earth .We absolutely loved the apartment.It was cosy and homely and Lily made sure all our needs were catered for -lots of little extras dotted around the rooms.It was just a few minutes walk to the Floral Pavillion where we attended an Elvis tribute show.Thank you Lily for an amazing stay Hope to visit again soon

Perfect location for visiting New Brighton and it's pleasures. Everything and more is available for your stay. Can't recommend enough frankly......such great value.

"Superb."

Location is too convenient. Costa coffee, Starbucks are only may be 200 yards from the location. Also Morrisons, home bargain shop are nearby. So overall it's excellent.

Loved the attention to detail. Plenty of complimentary toiletries, snacks, drinks and essentials. The dry shampoo was a life saver!
