The room is spacious as the ad indicated to comfortable fit the amount of people however there are some issues the host need to address for better ratings and quality.

The elevator moves slow and during peak times will not be able to accommodate everyone at once. Luckily guests arrived at different times during check-in. The next is unit 4D need to have the water pressure fixed throughout the entire unit because it was very weak. The next issue is the rags and towels are way worn down and needs to be replaced. The last issue is no on-site management for lock-out issues, parking issues, early check-in or late check-out, or other situations/questions that might need immediate attention. We experienced a brief parking issue where the policy is to park in your unit or get towed but other guests were still parked in the wrong (un-assigned) parking spots.

The Villa is very spacious and comfortable and cozy. It feels like a home away from home. The location was great close to everything you'd need. I highly recommend 4D!!! Stunning Ocean Breeze 💙 I called the property owner and they came out to assist quick. We had only a problem with bathroom and he fixed it.

I really couldn't find anything I didn't like about the place. We were in the middle of a storm so we were limited on what we could do. But we sufficed.

I love the location.

Everything was great, I have no complaints.
