The restaurant and restaurant staff were amazing!!!! The grounds are beautiful

having people in our rooms at check in, that was a bummer, front desk not much help

The location was perfect for me as I had family also staying on site. It is a wonderful oasis in the Hotel Zone of Puerto Vallarta. Close to a grocery store and the bus stop was just outside of the site which made getting downtown easy.

Great premises, very pleasant for walking around. Close to the beach. 8 swimming pools, always clean. Good location for a family get away.

The personnel at the reception don't seem to be very qualified, didn't know what an invoice is...

Jacuzzi was not working although they advertised as having one. Seems like rooms are time shares and ours was had not been upgraded in a long time. The buildings are confusing, especially at night. Need better signage.

our favoriate place in PV. gorgious grounds. heated pool. nice tenis courts. no resort fees.

place has a rip off company. royal vacations. selling time share points. our 90 min presenation went on for 2 1/2 hrs before we walked out. we never got our gift for listening to a stupid sales pitch. the next day when we asked Igor about our insentive gift he gave us the bums rush. beware!!!

The place is very nice, near the beach and numerous of pools. You can see the best sunset from there. The restaurant is pretty good.

The photo of the Room make you feel it's super big and modern which is not. We were a bit disapointed by that, Room is pretty small and old. But its clean!

The grounds were very well-kept and comfortable, they felt so remote, but just outside the gates was a bustling city.

Some amenities didn't work very well, like the air conditioning in the main bedroom. Some of the apartment was dated/breaking.
