The staff were friendly and helpful The room was clean.

There wasn't and breakfast places within walking distance. Given the uncertainty of the weather, there should be a breakfast option in the package. Also the room is considered an apartment but you can't really prepare anything in there. No everyone is into microwave dinners or lunch.

The place was extremely clean. The hostess and staff were welcoming.

I didn't like that the bathroom door was not closing and made a very loud sound.It was obvious, it was a poor job and I cant believe this was reported to the staff and fix

The staff were very helpful and welcoming, and the security guard was supportive as well. The location feels a bit far from the Stabroek Market, but taking a taxi was easy and convenient. We also booked tours, and they picked us up right on time! We were also able to walk to the zoo and a few nearby restaurants. Of course, you need to be cautious when walking around, but that applies anywhere in Georgetown. There is also a rooftop restaurant with a nice view, which is great to have right where you’re staying.

The shower can be a bit cold, but that’s probably the case in other places too. I would choose this place again if I have the chance to return.
