2BR Pet Friendly House near Cardiff Bay City Centre and Stadium with 2 Parking Spaces and Garden

The location was very convenient and parking right outside the property was so easy. Unexpected bonus for us travelling with our dog was the small park across the road as well as the private garden, unusual for a city centre property

Rien non apprécié, je recommande à 100%. Je proposerai juste de prévoir un ou deux tabourets en plus (pour être à 5-6 autour de la table à manger), une casserole un peu plus grande pour les familles nombreuse, une spatule en bois ainsi qu'un 2nd torchon à vaisselle...

Keys in coded box, easy to access on arrival; easy walking distance to city centre. Not too noisy. Park close by for dog walking and straight into the garden for doggie toilet breaks. Bed and pillows were comfortable. On the plus side, lots of hot water, loo rolls, the bath is comfy (despite the water leaking out), clean fluffy towels, good sized fridge/freezer. WiFi was satisfactory. Tv worked on demand and guide.

It really is small; think you would struggle for more than 1 or 2 nights with 6 people. Property was clean but grubby, if that makes sense. It needs redecorating and upscaling (i.e. sofa/sofa bed harbours stains; downstairs flooring is starting to peal up. difficult to clean yourself during your stay, with 2 dogs and just a dust pan and brush; greasy oven). Bath plug leaks, left hand top valve of bathroom radiator leaks and clearly has done for some time, given copper staining to pipes and floor. Would suggest decluttering and getting rid of sideboard in living area to open up space and make cleaning easier. Then perhaps sofa and armchair could be hoovered underneath more often between guests. There are side plates and bowls but no dinner plates? You do need to bring your own cleaning cloths/sprays etc, unless there are left overs from previous guests. Would we stay again? Yes if we needed to be in this area (I was on a course) but would hope an upgrade might have taken place.
