"Exceptional"

Very comfortable new apartment near the center of San Remo. We like everything, 4 minutes to beach, 1 minute to Conad and food stores. Thank you very much, hope to come back again!

"Big disappointment!!!"

Location

No communication with the Host. We received information how to access the property just 1-2 hours before arrival after many calls to booking for help. You can't contact the host in any way due to contact number is wrong. No any consumables( toilet paper, soap, garbage bin bags) We arrived in the Apartment araund 17:00 on 17.10.2023 and was not hot water due to boiler was off. No any WiFi in the apartment! The toilet bowl start leaking, no any action taken from the Host. Coffee machine was left with only one coffee, but coffee machine trash was ful with used one. When we left the apartment in a rush due to constant pressure from the cleaning company in 10 am on 24.10.2023 , we forgot my wife bag( brand new one ) and my son pans and flips. I send massage in our way to the airport to the company managing the property and unfortunately I received answer in the next day : No any bag or pants and flips were found in the apartment. The Apartment is nice in good location but the company managing it is horrible!!! 😞

"Good place to stay"

It was clean, and looked brand new. It just need a few details to make it feel warm and cozy.

There was no coffee, and seemed like towels and bed linings were brand new, never washed so they had some weird smell. Parking was a bit of hunting, but manageable. A bit noisy if you open the windows. Shower cabin is pretty small.
