Crete - Heraklion Sea View Apartment 1

I can only recommend this property! Our host, Konstantina, took such good care of us! She responded quickly to any questions we had, gave us tips on what to see and do, and really made sure we were doing well. The apartment is spacious, beautiful, clean, and we felt really comfortable there. It has all the amenities you could think of, and the views are incredible! There is a main road located in front of the house, but as a light sleeper, I was not disturbed by it at all. The location is also great; you only need to take a few steps, and you are in the city center.

Excellent apartment, beautiful view of sea from balcony, close to the centre, very helpful lady Chara managing the arrangements. This apartment had everything which you can think of, even the bandaid and earbuds. Very high quality crockery and kitchen appliances. Extremely clean, had Netflix connection, Marshall speakers. Probably the best apartment I have stayed in so many trips.. I wanted a last minute printout and it was arranged for me... Super stuff..

Nothing as such

Lovely place. The "sea view" was great. When in the room we spent a lot of time on the balcony. We loved the location. It was pretty close to what we wanted to visit. Depending on where a visitor is from, they might think the neighborhood rough on first glance. It's not. Friendly people; a number of good places to eat, have coffee, etc. nearby. Nice to have a washing machine. Kitchen was extremely well equipped, perhaps the best of any apartment we've rented. A bonus. There's a truly fine museum a half block away that focuses on Cretan history after the classical Greek era. Very well done. The portion on World War 2 was riveting.

Washing machine controls are not intuitive--unless you read Greek. I have an app that translates print, but if you don't have one or read Greek, I'd call and ask how it works. Heraklion water is dodgy. That's not the owner's fault, and a six pack of 1.5 liter water bottles is remarkably cheap. [Two bottle come with the apartment] But if you plan to do much cooking, you've got to take that into consideration. But again, there are few places like this that won't have the same problem.

Amazing view of the sea and interior decoration. The host was super helpful anytime we had quedtions.

Amazing location, wake up to sunrise, and blue sea. Luxury interiors and yet convenient and comfortable. Very friendly and helpful caretaker who almost felt like a friend, available round the clock on WhatsApp, making us feel at home. Location is almost across the road from two important places to visit and tourist bus pickup points. And 100 meters from market street and abundant chouces of food, including the best Italian restaurant on the ground floor if same building.

Difficult to find fault.

This apartment is very well located, within easy walking distance to many eating places and with the bonus of a sea view. It is beautifully furnished, the kitchen was well equipped and the bed was very comfortable. The apartment is on the 4th floor but easily accessible by lift - of course, this enhances your view. We had a fabulous meal at Apiri restaurant, recommended by our host - thank you Chara.
