Mikaela's Crib- 1 Bedroom flat @ Arezzo Place Condominium

Good location near the airport in Sasa area, good communication with the owner/manager. They let me check in early due to my early arrival from Manila.

The cleanliness was disappointing. I don't know if it's because of the fact that I checked in so early. Especially the bathroom was dirty and some kitchen utensils. There was a problem with the internet in the area just on the day when I was there, it was on and off, probably no blame from the property.

It was conveniently located to restaurants and shops. It was clean and very comfortable. It had a hot plate, refrigerator, microwave and kettle. Mark is the caretaker of the unit and he was incredibly friendly and accommodating for me. My flight was late and he waited a long while, but he made me feel right at home and explained how everything worked. Overall I was happy with the stay, even with the issues I listed as things I didn't like.

The wifi was extremely unreliable. The shower has no hot water. There is no assigned parking, so you have to pay 300 pesos per day to park. There were no pots and pans for cooking. It could use blackout curtains for the windows. The outside lights were on at night and it lit up the bedroom.

great place and felt a lot bigger than previous apartments. good value for money. nice pool.

The parking situation is not good. There are only 7 pay spots available for the ENTIRE area. If you park outside your condo then you bare illegal parking and 1500p fine. The pay parking is 500 to 750m away outside the condo complex and along a dark road.

Was a little confusing on what exactly to do when first arriving, but I do believe it was partially because it was night.
