"Problema grave de humedad"

La ubicación

El apartamento tiene problemas de humedad. Durante mi estancia de 7 días pudimos comprobar que la habitación pequeña (con dos camas) presentaba humedad y agua acumulada debajo de la tarima flotante. Además en esa misma habitación había un fuerte olor a vómito, insoportable. Desconozco si procedía del agua podrida debajo de la tarima o de algún roedor muerto en el conducto del aire acondicionado. Esta misma información se la he trasladado a la responsable de la vivienda y me ha dicho que lo iba a solucionar. Las paredes del pasillo también presentaban manchas amarillas de humedad encima del zócalo. El sillón gris del salón está manchado. Tampoco habían mantas para las camas. Espero que solucionen el problema lo antes posible para que ninguna otra persona tenga que sufrir la mala experiencia nuestra.

Nos gustó mucho la ubicación, muy céntrico podíamos ir andando a visitar todos los monumentos. Da a la Plaza de las Tendillas muy concurrida con mucho ambiente pero no se oía ningún ruido. La dueña del apartamento tuvo el detalle de aconsejarnos bares y restaurantes con lo mejor que se comía en cada sitio.

"Excellent apartment. Maybe two sets of keys as there is no door release in the lobby."

Location, walking distance to everything. Spacious with sitting and dining areas. Fully equipped kitchen

There were no toiletries, so we went and bought soap and shampoo. I guess it's not a hotel. The beds had those horrible waterproof underlays but were comfortable enough.

"Amazing apartment"

Great apartment in amazing location. Close to done great restaurants and sights. Very nice staff, we were welcomed with refreshments in the fridge which was very nice.
