Apartament komfortowy. Bliskość plaży. Prywatny basen. Rewelacyjny widok. Pogoda gwarantowana - ponad 30 stopni, gdy w Polsce kilkanaście w tym samym czasie.

Brak oznaczenia obiektu. Żadnych banerów informacyjnych o lokalizacji. Jako obiekt nowy, nieznany wypytywanym o lokalizację mieszkańcom. Gdyby nie telefon od właściciela z pewnością nie moglibyśmy trafić do nieruchomości, zwłaszcza, że nr telefonu podany na booking.com był błędny.

Byli jsme jednu noc cestou na Istrii. Klidnější lokalita Mariboru, pokoj vybaven vším potřebným na vaření, dostatek úložného prostoru, výhled na ulici, parkování ve dvoře přímo u vchodu. Nejbližší restaurace cca 1,5 km, ale u domu stojí autobus, využili jsme na cestu zpět z restaurace. Pokoj č. 7 je ve 2. patře bez výtahu, takže kvůli schodům nedoporučujeme pro lidi s handicapem. Jinak moc pěkné ubytování.
