Είχε τα πάντα για διαμονή οικογένειας με μικρό παιδί. Πιο κέντρο δε γίνεται. Με το πάρκινγκ μια μικρή δυσκολία λόγω κέντρου, ωστόσο οι οδηγίες του κύριου Ηλία ήταν κατατοπιστικότατες.
