Clean, comfortable and exceptionally well stocked to make your stay easy ! Very responsive owners Simone and Roberto. Very friendly and welcoming. Gave us a lovely farewell gift of food and drinks to travel with. So friendly and horrah for Google translate to allow conversation 🤣
Unfortunately the washing machine did not work ( had been travelling for a month so needed to wash). Simone (owner) was unaware of this issue and very kindly offered to pay for launderette service.. opted to hand wash a few items and big wash at next place!

It is huge and beautiful and clean as well as being full equipped. 2 balconies, all the space you need and it is quiet and less than 5 minutes walk from Bolsena centre
