Modern & Spacious Home in Central Cheltenham

Very good location, close to town centre and other amenities.

Only one parking space (but you can’t have perfect).

It was just what we needed for a short family stay. The location is great - in a secure dead end private road close to the town centre and with a supermarket just round the corner.

The property is very well situated with close walking distance to the town centre where all the shops and restaurants are. The parking was a bit tricky as it was a tight space between 2 other cars but we managed ok. Overall very well maintained property and large enough to host a family.

The parking was too tight but we were informed before.

Kitchen floor, carpet should be cleaning properly and all barthroom doors handles fixing properly

Kitchen floor, carpet, barthroom door handle etc was broken, not clean and damages

Easy to communicate with the hosts and they were quick to reply to any questions. Close to the shops and restaurants. Nice and quiet in a private rd. House was bright and plenty of room for all of us.

The property was modern and very clean. Everything we needed was neatly tucked away somewhere. Excellent communication from the hosts.

Parking is available but tight especially if you arrive after other residents have parked.

Very creeky floor on all floors heating not working upstairs but it didn’t spoil our stay

Excellent location easy walk into town for restaurants etc. supermarket was easier to walk to than drive only 4 minutes away.

Parking very tight although an alternative was provided in bay parking in local streets if you could find a space, not on the street the house was on, this wasn’t made clear.
