"Nice location but not meeting expectations for cost."

Nice views. Clean updated bathrooms. Comfortable clean beds.

The carpet was stained, dirty and dated. The photos showed a full sized refrigerator but the actual refrigerator was an apartment size All fees were not disclosed on website. Property owner requested fees off platform. Deck was dirty and covered with spider webs.
