Cozy jewel of a place. Comfortable and clean. Everything there for a wonderful stay. Many places to visit besides the cherry festival

Quinta de S. Miguel was the perfect place to relax and as a base to visit the surrounding sights. We wanted to experience living in a restored ruin. The owners' attention to detail in shaping the property is exceptional. We were too early for any harvesting (May 2025), but would like to return later in the season to sample Portuguese farm life. Was great having the pool to cool off in after a hard day of exploring! Beds were very comfortable and the view from the main bedroom out over the fields was serene.

Our unit (3) appeared a bit bigger in the photos. There were three of us, but we adjusted to the tight space. No one else was present on the property, so we had the quinta to ourselves. Likely would be ideal to go as a group and rent all four units. Then you'd have full run of the pool and games room. Also, it would be helpful to have some clothes hooks in the bathroom.

Maybe nice for family in the summer. Has a nice pool which looks well maintained. We stayed in February so did not try the pool.

We stayed 2 nights, first night was very cold, they not have a back up heating, apparently issues with electric. The property only heated by the wood burner. I used a whole basket of wood on the first night which did not heat anything except the living room area. Burned another basket of wood the next day which improved the heat of the bedroom enough to be able to sleep the second night. I would advise the owner to heat the property before an arrival, this would make all the difference to his guests, for the sake of a basket of wood.

Everything is so well thought of and laid out. You have great use of the pool, There’s a really cute section for the kids with play house and swings. BBQ area and can pick and eat anything on the farm too.

This is our second time staying here and we love everything about the property!

Jose was a great help, my Son needed to see a Doctor and Jose helped to organise. Beautiful location and facilities will definitely recommend to friends and family.

This “Quinta” surpassed our expectations. The rooms are nicely designed and have high quality finishes. The kitchen, while small, had all the necessities and included a Nespresso machine so we could have a nice coffee outside on the patio. The grounds were impeccable! The pool and the kids play area were just what we needed for a hot afternoon in Beira Baixa. The garden was filled with fruits and vegetables that the owner allowed us to pick from.
