This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Please inform NEW! Condo on Shary in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. If you cause damage to the property during your stay, you could be asked to pay up to USD 500 after check-out, according to this property's Damage Policy. Please read these house rules before booking: 1. Visitors are allowed up to two hours per day and must register in advance with the host. No more than 6 people are allowed at the same time, including guests and visitors. A fee of $50 per additional guest per night will be added. 2. Leave used towels on the bathroom counter. Please remove all trash bags (kitchen/bathroom) and place them into the big trash bin located next to the apartment community gate for Waste Management pickup. 3. PETS: We accept pets for a weekly fee of $90. A deposit may be required at the property.
