Quirky and fun. Exceptional communication with the owner. Noticed that the wifi got some complaints in other reviews but it was excellent while we were there. Great location in a nice quiet neighbourhood with lots of restaurants but still walkable to Medina etc. Be sure to check out 35 the coffee shop across the street - it’s wonderful and so close by.

The apartment was clean to a very high standard. The location was excellent, and the host was brilliant. He was very helpful with anything we needed. The apartment is very modern and has all the facilities you need. it's very safe, and the concierge is the best guy I met in Morocco.

Everything was perfect! From the communication with the host to the check-out. The location of the apartment is amazing, 5 min walking to Gueliz. The apartment is very well furnished, the owner thought of every single detail. A big kitchen with all the equipment, every room has its own AC, different kind of games, netflix,.... The apartment is decorated artistically and with love. All the art lovers this would be your heaven. Plus they've a private parking for the car. Big Thanks to Ahmed and Mourad for making our experience unforgettable

Nothing negative to mention, except the elevator that wasn't working from the ground floor to the 1st Floor, they were fixing it.

Property was nice. Great location once it was found

The property was fine however the host who spoke little English was not around upon arrival. We had to deal with a woman who spoke no English. Passports should have been requested upon arrival however they were requested days into the visit which led to some suspicion. Perhaps because of the language barrier it didn’t help the situation. An example of this was when we asked the host who spoke little English himself for him to identify himself after many times of asking him to send us his ID he then mentioned he will be calling the police as it is compulsory for us to send our passports to him. We were not refusing to send him Our passports and we explained this several times during that conversation. It was at this point we were notified that there is a concierge in the building as they knocked the door, he who also again spoke no English

Amazing apartment and amazing experience. Unfortunately our flight was delayed and we ended up arriving in the am, the host and concierge were absolutely friendly and helpful, thank you so much!

Not negative but the only thing to consider is the apartment is a bit more on the outside, so it’s a long walk for example to the zouk. But definitely worth it!
