Idyllic, Luxurious Seaside Flat for 4.

Well maintained property in a beautiful location. Really appreciate for providing all the necessary things.

It was a really cosy home away from home! The space is larger than you would expect and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Borth was beautiful and iwas just a 25 minute walk into town from this place. Even quicker if you drive but the views are exceptional so it was always a pleasure. We will definitely be back again!

The only thing i could suggest would be black-out blinds in the bedroom but the bed was extremely comfortable so we managed to have a lay in still!

Property was part of a bungalow that was only separated by a hollow internal door with no sound proofing which meant that when the owner had a guest in their side of the property you could hear them which made conscious of any noise we made as a family.

We had hoped to use the oven but sadly there were no instructions for what appeared to be a portable device

. The location was perfect great value for money for anyone on a tight budget. Staff were warm and friendly.They put a jug of fresh milk in the fridge which I thought was a nice touch

The Smell of wet dog on entering the property. The walls were very thin so you can hear everything in the adjacent house I was worried about having the TV on too loud.. The bed was very uncomfortable so I didn't get much sleep .

Very comfortable Bed. Very fast internet. Everything you need inside. Nice hot shower. Joint owner next door brought some milk around when we arrived, which was kind but unnecessary.

Next door (joined owner) banging at all hours, doors being slammed, can hear draws and cupboards being closed - woke up at 1.30am in the middle of the night to banging. Mould around the inside of the bathroom and bedroom windows. The mould had been there some time by the degree of the spreading of it (see photos). Hosts wanted gates kept closed (this was fine by us) but then the next door (joined owner) went out and left the gates wide open so if my dog was not well trained it could of easily escaped onto the main road. Dog issue: The joint owner had 2 small dogs that were barking at all hours and also they were out of control outside and tried to attack my service dog which is totally unacceptable. We then had to check the coast was clear before even letting my service dog out to the toilet! Inside door: there is a internal door that links the 2 properties together! Next doors dogs were barking at this door at all hours as they knew we were in there, again this is unacceptable. Could hear next doors alarm clock going off through the wall, so the walls must be pretty thin. No oven in kitchen, only a small halogen type plug in cooker which really was not up too scratch. Unfortunately all the above is a true statement and i find it hard to leave such a bad review but it must be said. We actually left one night early, and came home. As we couldn't put up with the dogs barking and banging any longer, we were actually glad to get from there. Would never stay there again. I would advise anyone contemplating on staying here to think long and hard about my points above as I do not wish anyone to go through the same experience.

I can't believe how well kitted out this flat was it felt like all you needed was your clothes and a toothbrush. Would recommend this place to anyone and for the price you can't go wrong.
