Apartment "Villa M"

Great location. The house had everything needed and even more. The price was affordable and fair. Many thanks to the host as he is a very responsive and friendly person. There was a lot of space for our family (5 adults). There was some place for a car right next to the house. Very comfy apartment with a great view on the sea and the islands. I can 100% recommend it. That was a pleasure to stay there. Thank you!

We're not picky, but there really was absolutely nothing to complain about. Highly recommended!

New. Safe all working. 3 keys to get in. Parking for 3 cars 15 minutes walk to the beach. Parking available at the beach.

Nothing Bad.

The Villa M apartment is more like a holiday home. It's like a wonderful home away from home in the middle of a vacation. Nestled in the Kvarner Bay overlooking the sea, it is a unique hostage. The apartment is modern and with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms it is also suitable for families with older children and friends.In the kitchen you will find everything what you need. The spacious terrace invites you to linger and have something to do together. In the vicinity you will find everything you need. From the Plodine supermarket to restaurants and shopping, everything is there. Walking to the sea is about 10 minutes walk. The holiday home is in a very quiet area, which we really appreciated. You can find peace and quiet and have a relaxing time. The landlord Bronco reads every wish from your eyes. Informative and friendly conversations. He takes great care of his guests and the apartment was really very clean, including the bathrooms prepared for us by his team.There was enough blankets in the bath rooms. Locality was pretty nice, we were only 20 minutes away from nice beaches. Communication was also pretty fast and nice. We did have a barbeque whole prepared thanks to owner however this can be kinda weird if you want to do it yourself and want to have peace.

Making food at barbeque for your guests as they clearly want to have peace and good time was a bit weird for me, but he was just being nice. Mornings were rough, because the owner lives above you and at our stay there were two children which were very loud at the morning. Running around your windows making noise, looking in them at you is just weird. Also the owner needs to work on the garden at the morning when he needs something to be done he just do it, and I think you should have your privacy as guests. Check in and check out works weird and it appears you must check out/in how it suits the owner. For example when you enter living room there are rules, password for wifi and informations. In these information you read that check out is at 11:00 am. However owner will say to you you need to leave apartment latest 10:00 am and he starts cleaning at 8:00 am. This was so irritating as you cannot even clean, make breakfest and enjoy last minutes of your stay and again you dont have your privacy. As we were leaving we were left with bye there is loads of work to do.

Everything! The host is the most inviting and happy to help person there is and really makes the stay memorable! The whole neighbourhood is gorgeous, a magic hidden hill with a dreamy light blue sea just down the road! Everything was super clean and the villa is new plus has private parking. Will come again! 👌
