The Shim Anam 3rooms late check in-out

Excellent stay at The Rest Space Anam — perfect for families and larger groups visiting Seoul. The host's communication was outstanding. Before our arrival, we received detailed messages with clear directions to the building and step-by-step instructions on how to access the room, which made our check-in completely smooth and stress-free. We traveled with our child, and the space was ideal for a family — spacious, spotlessly clean, and very comfortable for spending relaxed time together. The accommodation features two bedrooms plus a sofa bed, providing four sleeping spaces in total. Our group of five had ample room throughout the stay, and everyone could enjoy the trip with comfort and privacy. Highly recommended for both family and group travelers. We had a family (5 of us) vacation in Seoul, Korea. We loved the apartment, it was quiet, bright during the day and cozy at night. We also loved the unmanned ice cream store downstairs. We met the owner when we were leaving and she was genuinely a nice person.

A very spacious place for a family of four. Within 30 mins taxi ride to most attractions. In a quite residential area near a university. The host is friendly and responsive.

Great location, many food options and shops nearby, walking distance to kyochon chicken, korean BBQ, and Olive Young. 10 minutes easy walk to Anam station. Very clean and very comfy apartment. Love it, will come again.

Location was great: very close to the Korea University campus, buses and underground, and lots of restaurants and cafes nearby. The kitchen had everything you could possibly need, and complementary toiletries were good also. Everything was SPOTLESS! Communication with the owners was great: they always responded to our questions quickly. Wifi worked well. The owner was very kind and flexible, allowing us to check in at noon instead of the usual 8pm check-in time. There was no charge for this. (Late check-in seems to be very common in Korea, so make sure you pay attention to that wherever you book, and to make sure to request early check-in if you need it!)

We found the apartment a little underwhelming in comparison to the pictures, but nothing major. The mattresses were on the hard side (but I guess this is a matter of preference, and they seem to be the norm in Korea!)

房子內部非常的溫馨、舒適，地理位置也是很棒，位於學區附近，生活機能不錯，但又相對安靜！

Location was good as several busses were near by and the metro station was in walking distance as well. Enough space in the apartment for a family of 4 people. Nice living room and a kitchen with everything, even we needed only the water heater. There were enough towels however we have read it here before it might be worth bringing some bigger towels with you for your shower.
