Clean and good location with a car park 2R and 2B

The Only negative was the place being on the 1st floor without an elevator. Not ideal for the aged or handicapped or those with heavy luggage.

The flat is really quiet, especially considering that it's really near to a lot of bars and restaurants. It's first floor despite looking like ground floor as there's a kind of rooftop courtyard. It had everything we needed and Chris kindly provided non father bedding as my sister in law is allergic to feathers. Some nice decor and possibly the original wooden flooring. The flat was pretty clean.

No working lights in the corridor to the flat which is didconcerting when you first arrive but we just used our phone torches. This might be something temporary though.

Beautiful place Clean and tidy

Good location, come with safe underground parking that is fully secure. Nice little communal garden to enjoy a morning coffee in a sun. Kitchen had lots of useful things, sugars, basic spices, coffee, cooking oil etc.

Towels were a little on the rough side, that aside, no issues.

The location is excellent for visiting Sheffield university and the private parking was very convenient compared to other properties we have stayed in. Lots of space in the apartment and well equipped. Great communication with the host. It was also very quiet for a central location!

The decor was lovely, and the flat was really spacious, and had everything we needed for a cosy overnight stay. After taking my daughter to a uni interview I had a sleety morning to kill, and was more than happy to curl up with a book in this comfy apartment. If only I’d brought a swimming cozzie for the luxurious looking Turkish Baths next door!

It took us a while to work out how to use the grey fob to get into the main front door. Turns out you just hold it to the keypad on the wall.

Excellent location, close to West Street, Division Street, great pub 25 metres away, everything you needed in property - and super warm and cosy duvets - and great heating too. Recommended.

En-suite shower needs attention as shower head does not remain on bar so have to hand-hold it. En-suite drains a bit smelly.

Neighbours noisy at times, but not a huge issue.

Great size, warm, good location.

A few repairs needed here and there.
