"Inexpensive stay near city centre in student type accommodation. We would not stay here again."

It was very easy to collect keys. Good location for short walk in to city centre, near Tesco shop and many eateries. Warm apartment with plenty of hot water.

The car park was round the corner to property. Poorly furnished & maintained accommodation, eg window blinds missing or not working, shower brackets loose, shower not draining properly, very soft mattress. Lack of health and safety awareness.

I attended an event at the Diamond, about 200m away. Great location. Secure underground parking space was also very valuable.

Need more shelves in the bedrooms.

The only thing I could recommend is that they change the shower head as it was a little mouldy

Clean and well equipped. Central to where we needed to be.

A blind missing in master bedroom (the only downside to the whole apartment)
