De Rigg Place - Alaka Estate, Surulere

I liked that the hotel provided value for money - good decor and conveniences; and enough space for a standard room. The staff were exceptionally polite and responsive. I also loved that room service orders were delivered timely.

The complimentary breakfast was as basic and limited as they come - tea, three slices of bread and an omelet, EVERY DAY. The room had not been swept and was not swept a day after my check-in, in spite of the fact that the room had been cleaned. I had to request that it be swept. Additionally, there is a cockroach in the room.

Always insisting I pay the rank rate instead of the discounted rate I got on Booking.com. I had to pay it to avoid looking for another hotel as a result of the time I got there.

Proximity was good. The catfish peppersoup was tasty

It was a Wednesday so the noise from the church next door was a lot. The sockets were not enough. There was cobweb in the room. They had a menu but most of the food I wanted, was not available. Complimentary breakfast was bread eggs and tea.

Breakfast fast is very poor. One poor breakfast for two and if need breakfast for two you have to 3k wish ofcus it is noted room for twe include breakfast.
