102 Bright Accomodation with Pool View

Very disappointing and unsafe stay Unfortunately, we were extremely dissatisfied with this accommodation. Upon arrival, the room looked nothing like the photos advertised on Booking.com, which felt misleading. Basic amenities were missing or inadequate. Despite being told toiletries would be provided, there was no shampoo or shower gel, and the bedding was poor. Items that were later supplied were half-used and nearly empty. The hand sanitiser was completely empty. Room 101 was extremely noisy throughout our stay, with shouting, banging, arguments, and people returning very late at night. We were unable to get proper sleep over the three nights. The bathroom was unacceptable. The shower flooded the entire room every time it was used, meaning I could not shower at all during the stay. More seriously, this property presents significant safety risks. My friend received electric shocks twice from the clothes dryer in the bathroom and once from the kettle. This is extremely dangerous and made us afraid to use any electrical appliances. This issue will be reported to Booking.com, as the accommodation is not safe. We also encountered lizards inside the room, which later climbed into the ceiling. The entrance to the property is hazardous. A bush obstructs access, and there is a loose black wire across the steps, which caused me to trip on arrival. This is especially concerning for guests with disabilities or visual impairments. Although Wi-Fi was advertised as working, it was not functioning on arrival. After repeatedly questioning this, the host eventually attended and reset it, confirming the issue. We paid €598 for three nights, which is extremely poor value given the conditions, lack of amenities, noise, and serious safety concerns. The only positive aspect of this accommodation is the location, which is close to the main strip and transport links. Unfortunately, this does not make up for the overall experience.

Just returned from staying here as this apartment February 2015 .. this apart resides in the hotel ponderosa it's is easy to find as it's through reception pass the pool to the back has own entrance and little garden there are two 101 and 102 we stayed 102. On arrival at the apartment it was ready before 2pm as that was great as we landed at 10.55am. on entering we had a double bed and sofa that turned into a bed ..little kitchenette, and bathroom with a shower Overall it was a lovely apartment you get what you pay for. And the location is fantastic close to siam park, the sea front, bars ect However just a personal opinion I feel the apartment could use a microwave aswell as the two stove hob. And a second key to the apartment as if you're staying with someone and they would like to go out and you don't your suck due to only having one key. Overall we had a fantastic week here and the weather was amazing.
