"Bulvar 38"

It was a great location,close to shops,restaurants and city centre.Nice modern flat and safe. Great facilities in the flat:coffee machine,iron,washing machine,tumble dryer.

We didn't like that it was on 4th floor with no lift which it is not stated in the description of the flat.also it was very hot in the flat as it didn't have any blinds just curtains which won't stop the heat building up. Lastly there's no parking and parking on the street bit pricey. It would help if the owner pays the resident's parking fee for the year.
