Good location, easy to walk into town, via the harbour if you like, and there's a big supermarket a couple of minutes away

Lo mejor es que vimos las auroras boreales desde el sofá!!! Increíble Tiene lavadora/secadora y lavavajillas, que es un extra muy interesante. Había detergente para la lavadora y para el lavavajillas, al igual que sal, café, azúcar y un poco de aceite. Hay cafetera francesa y hervidor de agua. El bus para justo delante y tiene muchas frecuencias, a poco mas de 100 m hay dos súpers muy grandes. La zona es muy tranquila. Los colchones y el sofá son muy cómodos, y las habitaciones espaciosas. Los armarios son grandes. No se pasa frío, tiene muy buen sistema de calefacción y agua caliente.

La tv no funciona. Tienes que enchufar un HDMI a un portátil para poder ver una peli. No es smart TV, y para los peques puede ser un chasco. Sólo había un rollo de papel, tenerlo en cuenta si sois 4 personas. Las ollas y los cazos estaban en muy mal estado, pero en cuanto se lo dijimos los cambiaron súper rápido por ollas de muy buena calidad. Internet no iba muy bien, pero como no lo necesitamos no pedimos ayuda, es posible que lo ubieran arreglado. Para que funcione la vitro hay que bajar y subir un plomo (el 1), y a veces se apagaba sóla y había que reiniciarla, tener paciencia. Las luces tienen un sistema poco frecuente en España, nos costó aprender cómo funcionaban.

Clean, comfortable, heating was good, only a few minutes walking distance to supermarkets and bus stop is right outside the property.

Not many places around the area are free parking, it would be great if the property allow guests to park at the site as it appears to be quite a lot of space at the site.

Great apartment. Super comfortable. Hosts super nice.

Rooms were a bit cold, we kept open the doors to receive warm air from the rest of the house. Check in day we arrived late and there was not toilet paper.

Not really well placed in Tromso, quite noisy and very expensive for the service offered. The bed linens smell like cigarettes, the oven was disguising and the stove was not functioning properly, always biping and stopping

If you prefer your "own place" to an hotel this place fits the bill very well. Homely feel. Plenty of space (but there were just two of us). Good location - slightly away from town centre so quiet but bus stop right outside with buses to town every 10 minutes. Large supermarket only 200 meters away. Hosts were very helpful and communications were good. Comfy settees, well heated, decently equipped.

Very limited cooking items, not suitable for cooking for two. no tea towels, disappointed that no tea, coffee, or milk was provided. The stovetop is faulty, and we had to turn off at fuse after use each time. No bath wash in the bathroom. Whilst no TV was stated when we booked, there was one but not working Very little instructions, provided except for how to recycle your rubbish. There are no curtains or blinds in the living area.. If the above items were provided, the place would be perfect.
