"Our items got stolen in this property!"

The property sent a cleaner, and the cleaner stole several food items and 3 bottles of my wife's perfume. The property didn't do much to help and compensate for our loss. It's very disappointing, plus they're the ones who offered to send a cleaner. We didn't ask for it.
