This is a place where you will be welcomed and your preferences catered to. The rooms are well-appointed and remarkably clean. Breakfast is served in the room and rooms are kept clean. The area has multiple hiking trails which you will be able to find on the map inside. Nearby locality of Camugnano is dubbed the “Truffle city”. Furthermore, If you are visiting with a car, Florence, Siena, Bologna, Modena, San Marino, Barberino di Mugello… and even Venice and Verona are within reasonable distance for a day’s visit. Be aware that the street in front is rather steep but there will likely be a spare spot not far from the property if you don’t have the proper tires.

Internet connection was a bit slow in my room.

Amazing breakfast, well received by the staff, also outside "usual" check in hours.

Nature and 17 lovely cats

The top room is separation of existing open door garage from the left and boiler room from the right. Family car in front of,therefore no even a forest view from the window. It’s in the garage!!!! The landlady tried to be nice ,but didn’t put that much effort. Breakfast is very basic with no ham or meat. Big dog in the main area, maybe friendly. Luckily accommodate in the garage and hordes of cats.

Room was spacious and new and clean. Breakfast was excellent. The apple cake was the best.

Room was a bit cold. Drive up the hill is tricky.

The interior design of the flat is astonishing and typical of the Italian style. The accommodation is comfortable and exceptionally clean. It is immersed in the mountains/hills and gives you a chance to relax fully.

The road to access the property should be maintained better.

Very nice location in country side. Peaceful and the breakfast was welcoming. Host Francesca was very friendly and helpful.

Accomodation, comfy beds, and tea and coffee laid on. Nice landlady. Reasonable breakfast.

Awful driveway up to property. Two long stone staircases up to property. Rooms cold on arrival, which took two hours to warm up.
