Maple & Beech Barns

Beautiful converted barn in a lovely countryside location, easy to find and very well appointed. Fully equipped with everything that could be needed for a self-catering stay. Comfortable furnishings and an absolutely fantastic shower which was very much needed as the weather was unexpectedly scorching for the duration of our stay. Plenty of helpful guidance on tourist spots if required, including local restaurants and shops. We'd return if visiting the area again.

No DVD player as listed but plenty of streaming service availability with Prime and Netflix already logged in

Pam just thinks of everything to make your stay comfortable and relaxed. From the welcome scones, milk in the fridge, chocolates on the coffee table, properly equipped kitchen to everything clearly labelled and instructions manuals for appliances in the folder. It's nice to have a separate lounge room with comfy arm chairs and a bookcase full of interesting books - you can even take one if you don't manage to finish it during your stay! We also wish it had been colder so we could have made use of the cosy fire.

Our only comment would be that we found the bedroom a little stuffy and might have been uncomfortable if any warmer (this was early June). A fan might be a good option.

Everything. Second time staying here, great location. Quiet but easy to get anywhere. Very clean. Fully fitted kitchen, and complimentary welcome " after tea" which is a bonus and a nice touch

Pam met us when we arrived and showed us round the property The house had everything we could have possibly needed and even some lovely scones and fizz upon arrival. We would definitely stay here again, it was a perfect base for travelling Cornwall We bumped into Pam a couple of times who was so helpful and accommodating to us adding an additional night at the beginning of our stay The property was immaculate and felt very homely and there’s nothing that hadn’t been thought of Thanks so much

Peaceful and lovely location.. Very friendly hosts Comfortable and spotlessly clean Everything you could need in a self catering apartment.

We loved the warm welcome. Pam was already waiting for us at the door. We loved the central location of the stay because it was easily accessible to our destinations. All facilities were provided and through the window of the house, the view was so calming and peaceful. That morning we also saw a rainbow. We were celebrating our 2nd wedding anniversary in Cornwall.I will 100% recommend this place to others and if we are coming back again this will be our stay again. Thankyou so much Pam and John

De cottage was zonder ontbijt. De keuken was werkelijk van alle gemakken voorzien. De huiskamer , slaapkamer en badkamer waren perfect. Langer verblijf zeker aan te raden. Pam de hostess stond bijna al klaar met de sleutel en in de cottage stond de prosecco koud met scones, jam en clotted cream. waar vind je dat?!! Top!!!

Er viel helemaal niets tegen.
