Apartment Nikola 4*

The apartment is beautifully furnished, the attention to detail is amazing, everything is at hand: from soap, towels, baby crib to rice and coffe. The self check in is great and easily understood through whatsapp. Wifi works great, smart TV is a plus. The location is central.

The kitchen needs some kind of darkening curtain becuse the light coming in at night (street light directly below the kitchen window) and in the morning is disturbing sleep. When turning on AC you have to leave the door to the bedroom open so the light is coming into the bedroom as well. The sofa is not comfortable to sleep on. We had some issues getting into the appartment (we had to insert the code many times before the doors would actually open). The bed is loud yet comfortable. The alley below the appartment is loud even with the windows closed (but less can be done here, after all this is the town centre).

Location was great. Can be a bit noisy in the evenings as restaurants and lane way nearby.

There was noise every night from the adjoining laneway and went all night with people talking so sleep was interrupted the bed mattress was not comfortable one side seems the springs had gone

Property was a fabulous location and spotlessly clean. Easy clear direction on how to access the property.

Clean and comfortable inside

We had difficulty getting in because there was an email that didn’t get delivered with access information and we had trouble getting in touch with the host for a while.

Property was in a really good area! The apartment was really modern and made really good use of the area. It was clean, kitchen was great and we loved the little touches such as sweets on the table and water in the fridge.

Communication with the host was incredibly slow Finding the linen for the fold out sofa bed was difficult. I would next time put it on the sofa so it’s easy to locate for the guests The cleaner was waiting on the opposite side of the verandah at 0958 waiting for us to get out at 10am. We felt like we were being watched and waited upon. We were still out by 10 but it felt awkward and rushed
