Bed linen and towels are not included in the room rate. Guests can rent them at the property for an additional charge of EUR 8 per person for the whole period or bring their own (in case of sleeping without bed sheets we ask a supplemento for the extra cleaning of the materasses and pillows !). Please note that pets are only allowed upon request and subject to approval. The pets will incur an additional charge of EUR 40 per stay. Please note that a maximum of 1 pet is allowed. On-site parking is subject to availability due to limited spaces. Private parking is available for EUR 5 per day. Please note that the use of heating will incur an additional charge of EUR 5 per night. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. A deposit may be required at the property.
