Die Ausstattung und die Sauberkeit. Eine Tee Box, Gewürze sowie Reinigungsmittel stehen kostenlos zu Verfügung. Schnelle Reaktion des Vermieter bei Fragen.

Wenn die Anreise im dunkeln erfolgt, ist der Eingang des Hauses schwer zu erkennen. Ebenfalls ist die Schlüsselbox im dunkeln nur sehr schwer zu finden, weil auch Sträucher davor stehen. Das Kochfeld kann nur mit zwei von vier Platten genutzt werden. Als Alternative steht eine externe Kochplatte zu Verfügung. Es gibt keinen Sat oder Kabelanschluss. Fernsehprogramme müssen über "Zattoo" geschaut werden. Das ist eine für Mieter kostenlose App auf den TV`s. Netflix und alle anderen Anbieter sind nicht kostenlos und können nur mit eigenen Konten genutzt werden. Besteck und Teller sind abgezählt und müssen nach jedem Essen gereinigt werden, damit für das nächste Essen Geschirr vorhanden ist.
