Beau penthouse, belle piscine , le roof top avec petite piscine est un plus. Spacieux et très confortable pour une famille de 4 … le personnel à l’écoute

Pas de checking en présentiel, le sol de la cuisine était sale à notre arrivée et le ménage fait rapidement, pas de vérification du nécessaire (manquait de papier toilettes) , serviettes de plages un peu sale, la machine à laver ne fonctionne pas correctement (on a fait tous les programmes) et surtout pas d’eau entre 17h et 20h … débit très faible, prendre sa douche avant ou après… c’est dommage pour un si beau penthouse bien décoré

We had a great stay - the apartment is excellent! You have your own little pool on the rooftop - we didn’t use the community pools because we were so grateful for or own pool! Fernando (caretaker) came two times to clean the pool and it was clean! On the roooftop you can enjoy the whole day, relaxe, take a sunbath and enjoy the warm pool. There were some ants, spiders and lizards but that’s nature :) There would be a community gym outside but the dumbbells are rusty and the stepper/bike didn’t work. We had a great parking-spot in front the house and feel save! For entering the apartment you only need codes and no keys, which makes everything easier! You feel save - the main door of the apartment can be locked twice. For every room (there are three of them!) you have a own bathroom with towels and pool towels. All of them have a AC and a own balcony. You can feel home in this place far away from home! The kitchen is nice equipped. All you need! We washed everything before using because it was not 100% clean. Unfortunately there were some ants… couldn’t do anything against it. The only thing that was not satisfying was the water - we had a really hard time washing our hair or taking a shower because the water-pressure sucks… on the upper level we couldn’t use the shower and sometimes the toilet flush didn’t even work. Doing the laundry is impossible. But when you know that only one person can take a shower at the same time it is ok. We’ve let the company know and Belky and Itzel did their best that we had a pleasant stay and send us Fernando who tried his best to help us. The problem can’t be solved but bc. the building wasn’t build in a proper way - you can also see that it looks partly used. It is great from the outside and really looks amazing but the inside could be improved. But that’s how it is - the service was great! 5 out of 5 stars! All in one we had a great time! We wanted to write a honest review! Thank you Belky, Itzel and Fernando!

Mooi ruim verblijf binnen een net appartementencomplex. Heerlijk om je terug te trekken na een drukke dag in Tulum. Restaurants en winkels op loopafstand.

Het zwembad maakte enorm veel lawaai. Uiteindelijk in overleg met de host ervoor gezorgd dat het afvoersysteem van het zwembad overdag een paar uurtjes uit stond.

Beautiful home!! Truly such a great space. 😍 Rooms are equipped with AC, the rooftop pool is truly yours. Beautiful aesthetic and overall decor. Very spacious. Property managers are great at communication and providing details about what to do and eat around the property.

There were a lot of tiny ants on the kitchen table and it was missing finishing touches like paper towels, we had to request dish soap and a sponge when we arrived (which they were great with obtaining). They did want to do pool maintenance when we were there (short three night stay), which was not convenient.
