Host & Stay - Regency Square Apartment

The location of the property was pretty much central to all and everything, the apartment was light bright and spacious enough,bed was clean fresh and comfortable kitchen facilities all good 👍 😀

Well in order to gain access to the apartment I had to find a shop down Western Road where the keys are located and that was a right walk from the station and then to the apartment dragging a suitcase 🙃 not good at all and for that reason I wouldn't stay at that property again.

The apartment was very clean and the kitchen had all the Utensils we needed. It was in a great location, easy to walk to and a close walk to some of Brighton's attractions.

Location was amazing. Great size for 3 adults. Very clean with great facilities. Easy to find.

The shower head was broken but this wasn’t an issue as we were all quick shower people anyway.

It was very close to beach, shops and restaurants

Did not like having to walk in the baking heat to pick up the keys, and then at the end of our stay having to take them all the way back again, thought that was a bit of a cheek, should be leaving them at the property, or leave them with the non existent hosts! All the tiles on the bathroom floor were cracked, making it easier for them to keep getting bigger as you walk on them, the shower hose pole was broken, windows cracked, bedroom window sash broken, so you couldn't lift it up, windows rattled with any wind, was good out once you left the building though 🥂

The location was great and the property was well suited to our needs, delivering on what was promised on the booking.com listing. The host remained in contact throughout and was very helpful.

The toilet flush was a bit weak and the fridge was too cold (freezing!). Minor details in a great stay.

Such a well furnished apartment in every detail. You can see that exceptional effort has been taken in selecting the furnishings & fittings; all of which were of a very good quality. The location is possibly one of the best, being only two minutes from the sea front and town centre.

Nice bathroom. Quiet. Cleanliness.

No internet. Unclear instructions of what to do with the keys on check out.
