"Staff and location made my stay great"

The customer service was amazing. I really appreciated Khaled and Siha for all their kindness, help and support. There was another gentleman at reception whose name I didn’t catch but was also excellent. Location was great and very close to different compounds.“IOS Village” was great as it had amazing restaurants and shops

No elevator but it was fine because the staff were always ready to help with anything, e.g moving suitcases or bringing things to you.
