Lovely comfortable accommodation (we stayed in the cow shed). Friendly accommodating owners. In an ideal location for Whitby and North Yorkshire Moors.

Beautiful location, 15 minutes from Whitby, but easily accessible to the main road to the coast (Sandsend, Whitby, RHB, Staithes, saltburn). Lovely hosts, we pre-ordered a breakfast box which had plenty of local produce for breakfast. Parking is right by the barn! Make sure you walk down to Beckhole village, 15 minutes walk to the Birch Hall Inn Pub for a cheeky pint! With the steam trains passing by in the valley. It is by a working farm, so you are in natures grasp but when the sun rises and sets the view is stunning! If you want a peaceful and tranquil setting, a chance to recharge the batteries, this is the place!

A beautiful place to stay in a stunning and tranquil location. Fran and Andy could not have been more welcoming or accommodating, my family and I loved our stay at the Cow Barn. Just perfect.

Amazing converted cow shed , done sympathetically and with amazing views in a stunning location . Modern , spotless , lovely helpful hosts who were always available to give advice on places to visit walk eat etc . I particularly liked the conservation efforts Fran and Andy were making and the use of environmentally products and recycling facilities too , they are really preserving the heritage of the farm and it was so lovely to share this for a few days . The welcome pack was also very lovely . Will definitely be returning this year

Wonderfully quiet location. Well furnished with excellent facilities. The hosts were also relaxed, helpful and friendly.
