"Don't accept a room on the last floor"

Had issues with the WiFi on the last floor, asked 3 times over 2 days to do something, but no one understood the problem or did anything. By pure luck a young guy helped by giving another WiFi on the night before I left, which though had weak connection but at that point anything was better than nothing.
