Quiet, comfortable, warm, decent shower, fast WiFi, microwave and breakfast. Perfect for me!

Only minor - washing up facilities, and no wardrobe

Clean and tidy and peaceful

Breakfast could have had more choice. Only choice of cereal weetabix No fruit only 3 yoghurts for two people over 4 nights stay. Needed more imagination for a continental style breakfast. No Wifi! Not enough hanging space for clothes Nowhere to wash dishes!

Continental breakfast is all that's possible due to the type of accomodation but was perfectly fine for me. Spacious accomodation, extremely helpful hosts, beautiful setting too. Very peaceful.

Cleanliness wasn't as good as it could have been due to only a wash hand basin to clean dishes or bucket, there was also cobwebs above the shower. Instructions of how to find the accomodation by way of better signage would have been good as arriving in the dark it was hard to work out where to go. However, I received a text very quickly when I got lost! A wardrobe or somewhere to hang or put clothes away would have also been helpful, so would somewhere to sit and dry hair and get ready with a mirror.

I stayed for 4 nights after the first night i had no heating or hot water,i had to boil a kettle to wash !

Excellent accommodation, location and facilities. Really picturesque location, very quiet and a short trip to Newbury.

I would have liked a clothes rail.

Would like a full English!😉

Finding local, had to ask neighbours! What3words would be cockon! Or a bigger sign!

Convenient location for a wedding we attended

Facilities in the room no great. On arrival no loo roll. The only mirror was a small square one in the bathroom. There was other mirror in the room for getting ready or near a plug for using hair dryer. I did message to ask for an extension lead which was bought over after the second request. We also had to buy coffee as only one or two spoonfuls left in the jar. Needed a little more care and attention overall. Pillows were very very flat on the bed.

Little jars of marmalade/honey/jam would be a good idea. Also more selection of cereal.Loads of films to watch, but nothing to watch them on.

Comfy, simple accommodation. Breakfast supplied and nice location for our needs.

Lovely bathroom but could really do with a door on the bathroom for privacy!
