Le ROI Floating Huts & Eco Rooms Tehri

Wifi was very bad there was no choice of food and services that were rendered were not very good.in off season we were charged exhorbitantly .breakfast was free when we booked the hotel but once there we had to pay for it

the huts were very attractive but we ended up in the rooms. The view is fantastic

- not clean, especially the restaurant kitchen and washroom at the reception - the washroom attached to the room was rather clean but so basic - bedsheets were not clean on arrival but the staff accepted to change them - no value for money

Food could have been better. Also shade over the Breakfast and Dinner place is a must.

Location is amazingly good. Room size and AC was good Food was decent. even at the Floating hut food was just decent.

they were short staffed. Same people were doubling up for everything considering it was full occupancy. no lobby for people to wait. Dining room is also low on capacity. Online build up of the property does not match with reality. Housekeeping and Maintenance needs attention. Corridors were lying strewn with crockery outside rooms for a full day. For the amount people pay better quality food and service is required.
