"In Need of some love"

Good location, safe neighbourhood, north Cambridge, close to A14 Nearby shops and convenience store. On street free parking

This is a very good property but has been neglected. Poor maintenance and cleaning makes it unattractive. All the owners need to do is some TLC, changing fused bulbs, broken bins, carpet cleaning, salt in dishwasher. This is not expensive but shows lack of care and attention. I highlighted this to the proprietor who promised to attend to these. If that has all been done it should be a good property for a short break.
