CHA very nice and cozy hotel, with spacious and spotless rooms, a very comfy bed, a nice breakfast buffet, and above all - enormously charming and helpful staff. Even when not speaking a common language, they help with everything and always with a smile. Definitely my choice of hotel when being back in Midyat!
⸻ Der Aufenthalt im Hotel entsprach leider nicht unseren Erwartungen. Die Sauberkeit war unzureichend, und die Klimaanlage funktionierte trotz angeblicher Überprüfung während des gesamten Aufenthalts nicht. Zudem war die Auswahl beim Frühstück sehr eingeschränkt.
Ramazan bayramında ziyaret verdik hava sıcaklığı gündüz 20 derece idi akşamları 14 derecelere düşmekteydi. Pike geçmişlerdi yorgan istedik yorganları kaldırdıklarını söylediler. Bir Pike daha istiyoruz diye iki sefer aradık tamam dediler gelmedi.iki gece konaklama yaptık. Bir gün sonra odaya geldiğimizde odaya girip temizlik yapmadan pikeyi çuval yapmış pijamalarımızı torba gibi toplamış , çarşafı almış yerine çarşafta koymadan odadan çıkmış. Arayınca arkadaşın yeni başladığını söyleyip özür dileyip hemen çarşaf takıp temiz pike verdiler.otelin konaklama yeri iyi kahvaltısı ideal di. Sadece personelden kaynaklı bir durum yaşadık.
FRThe hotel was amazing. The staff were incredibly polite and helpful. I only stayed one night, but I would definitely choose this hotel again if I return to Midyat. I had an incredible view and can't forget to mention about delicious breakfast I had.
USThe staff were amazing. They took very good care of me even when other things were going wrong. My arrival was difficult because of things that happened before I got to the hotel. They took care of me by getting me food and they picked me up even when I was dropped off at the wrong place Without a charge. The staff were amazing.
The restaurant was only open for breakfast despite what was listed otherwise. There was wine and drinks available, but no bar to sit at.

Oteli çok beğendik. Odanın dizaynı ve temizliği çok güzeldi personellerde çok ilgiliydi. Zamanımız olsaydı daha fazla kalmak isterdik. Fiyat olarakta çok iyiydi.
Fijn ontvangst, vriendelijk personeel, goede locatie voor gezinnen. Verbeterpunt: bij het ontbijt moesten we vaak vragen om het een en ander te laten aanvullen. Ontbijtkok deed zijn best, maar de jongen in de bediening had het te druk met zijn mobiele telefoon.
