Clean, comfortable property in quiet residential area reasonably close to Centre. Good communication from the property management and very helpful.

Could do with some basic condiments

Great location, quiet residential area, tea, coffee and sugar available, easy to access with key safe, invigorating shower.

The property is "no pets" but there were dog chew toys under the sofa bed including a pigs ear(?), the oven and bathroom cabinet hadn't been cleaned, the sofa bed and carpet at the top of the stairs are looking tired, the sofa bed mechanism was stuck, the lino on the kitchen floor was ripped, the rug in the main bedroom curls up at the corners creating a potential trip hazard, there was a chest of drawers with a broken top drawer in the wardrobe, going by previous reviews this is not the usual state of the property. The property can sleep 5 but there are only 4 chairs for the table and 4 bowls, 4 small plates and 4 large plates (plenty of cups though).

Wonderful property, functionally decorated and with everything needed - including a washing machine. Clean, well ventilated and really made our move to Notts much easier.
